Taxes
• Local Sales Tax Applies to all purchases. KY is 6%
Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
• Items will begin to close FIVE items per minute at the scheduled date and start time of the online auction, and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time.
• The items will close in the order listed on the website.
• This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.
Buyer's Contract
• Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.
Penalties
• Purchases not paid for and picked up in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location after the scheduled pick up date will be forfeit and resold with no credit given to the buyer.
• The Buyers account will then be turned over to a collection agency for any moving charges, delinquencies and storage fees unpaid.

Payment information
• Successful bidders who will be picking up items in person can pay for purchases at the designated contents removal and payment times listed above.
• Internet buyers who would like to have their items shipped must make arrangements for payment within 3 days of the auction close.
• We accept wire transfer, cash, checks, and MasterCard or Visa. Winning buyers with questions of how to make payment should email Dave Novak or Doug Breitfelder for an exact total and routing information.
• If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified, please do not bid
Shipping
For items that can be easily boxed and shipped...
• We ship to the continental US via UPS only. If you have purchased items at one of our auctions and it must be shipped to you. We will be happy to work with you in shipping these items.
• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions in our packing or shipping of purchased lots or of other carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by us. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the purchaser.
For larger items.that require shipping through a freight carrier...
• We will assist in meeting the carrier of your choice to pickup the item at the advertised auction location during the above advertised pickup times only.
• It is the bidders responsibility to make arrangements to have the items crated if necessary and prepared for freight pickup prior to the advertised payment and removal date.
• Please see the penalties section above to review the terms for failure to pickup or arrange for pickup of an item during the specified times.
