We have taken the time to inspect and test as much as we can, please email us with any questions about any items, at contact@crsauctions.com or come to our preview to inspect the items that you are interested in purchasing.

Taxes
• Local Sales Tax Applies to all purchases. KY is 6%

Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
• Items will begin to close three items per minute at the scheduled date and start time of the online auction, and will sell to the winning Internet buyers at that time.
• The items will close in the order listed on the website.
• This auction will feature our automatic extension system which grants a five minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last few minutes. The item will then close when five minutes have elapsed without any activity.

Buyer's Contract
• Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Penalties
• Purchases not paid for and picked up in accordance with the removal terms listed for each item location after the scheduled pick up date will be forfeit and resold with no credit given to the buyer.
• The Buyers account will then be turned over to a collection agency for any moving charges, delinquencies and storage fees unpaid.

Payment information
• Successful bidders who will be picking up items in person can pay for purchases at the designated contents removal and payment times listed above.
• Internet buyers who would like to have their items shipped must make arrangements for payment within 3 days of the auction close.
• We accept wire transfer, cash, checks, and MasterCard or Visa. Winning buyers with questions of how to make payment should email Greg Breitfelder for an exact total and routing information.
• If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified, please do not bid
